Comfort and convenience just a few steps from the sea. We strive to provide our guests with a cozy and comfortable stay in our apartment near the beautiful town of Denia. We are located right on the beach, which allows for a wonderful view of the sea. Denia charmed us with its pleasant Mediterranean climate and peaceful atmosphere. This area is literally a paradise for cyclists - not only recreational, but also professional, who you can usually meet here. Thanks to excellent training conditions, rugged terrain and good infrastructure, the region is a popular place. For us, our apartment is a place where we can fully enjoy exercise, sun, sea and evenings on the terrace with a beautiful view. We decided to share it with friends and acquaintances who are looking for the same relaxation that we regularly enjoy here. We believe that you will like it here as much as we do.

Handover keys

We want you to feel welcome from the very first moment. That's why you will always be personally greeted upon arrival by our representative who will:

hand over the keys to the apartment
show you the space and explain everything you need
answer your questions about the accommodation or the surroundings.

If you are arriving in the evening or later, we will arrange an individual time as needed.

Beach service and equipment

We have beach chairs available for you, you can take them with you to the beach or to the pool.

Important information

To ensure a pleasant and peaceful stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow the following rules:

Parties and events are not allowed in the apartment.
Quiet hours are from 21:00 PM to 9:00 AM - please be considerate of other guests and neighbors.
Barbecues on the terrace are not allowed in accordance with the rules of the apartment community.
